Because Oendoor begins preparing orders quickly to provide efficient delivery, we cannot guarantee that all cancellation requests will be approved.

If your cancellation request is approved, we will confirm the cancellation by email and issue the applicable refund to your original payment method.


2. Cancellation After Processing or Shipment

Once an order has been processed, packaged, or transferred to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled.

If you no longer wish to keep the products after receiving your order, you may be eligible to return the items according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Oendoor is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


5. Incorrect Orders Placed by Customers

If an incorrect item, size, color, or quantity was selected during checkout, customers should contact us immediately to request a modification.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible. In such cases, customers may request a return after receiving the order, provided the item meets the requirements stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
